Critique Two

Today we got into groups of three and gave each other feedback about each other's work. Our group was: Sammy, Arjun, and me. The feedback that people gave me were as follows:

Critique One

Today we got into groups of four and gave each other feedback about each other's work. Our group was: Katerin, Sammy, Arjun, and me. The feedback that people gave me were as follows:

• I am very organized and I should use that in my favor to start on my project
• It seems that I already have a specific plan about the end project and I already have done all of the experimenting with the squares
• Thinking about making objects and placing them in the picture for example and origami chair/piece of furniture
• Thinking about the that I am going to place the people in
• Thinking about context

Found Images Collage

       The feed back that I got on my collage was helpful. They told me that they like my idea of humans V.S. nature but I should add more color to the background.  Also to add more pictures to both sides and make my idea clear.

Extending our findings from The Pour Paintings

       The object that I chose from my pour painting was a heart. The heart in the pour painting was dark and very creepy. I wanted to make the extended painting look more bright. The best thing about the pour painting was the way the colors swirled and I wanted to add that aspect to the heart in the extended drawing.
      One idea that someone gave me was using pastels and mixing the colors into different shades.
